Do the basics well.
We often think we are hungry when actually we are thirsty.

Hydration and exercise are the basics that need to be in place for overall general wellness as well as great gut health. Ensuring you drink enough water is easily overlooked.

Integrate fibre & nutrient supplementing

Studies show the average global fibre intake is less than 20g per day. That's 60% of the recommended minimum. Vitamin B1 and Magnesium are also key.

Incorporating daily fibre and nutrient supplementing ensures your gut receives bulk, retains moisture and that your muscles have the necessary vitamins and minerals to function well.

Support with laxatives & enemas

The right kind of laxatives can support and strengthen the gut - osmotic laxatives. If going through the top of the GI tract isn't working, you can always try attacking from the south - enemas

Your GI tract will often need a jumpstart or helping hand. Osmotic laxatives are the good kind of laxative that support and strengthen your gut. Enemas sound like a last resort but are a useful option.

Not the easiest group of muscles to activate, hence often overlooked. That's a shame as your pelvic floor muscles deserve attention. If maintaining contenance isn't convincing, maybe a better sex life is!

Exercising and strengthening your pelvic floor muscles is often overlooked and has many advantages including waste evacuation.
